In Episode 10 Stephan, Appie and Rick talk about the FAQ Plus App Template from Microsoft. According to the Git repository the bot template is about: “FAQ Plus bot is a friendly Q&A bot that brings a human in the loop when it is unable to help.” Bots are not always the perfect match for every question. This template is a blueprint on how to add a pre-configured expert to the conversation in cases where the bot fails to provide a meaningful response.
